What "both parties' own keys" means. On the hosted demo, Rijeka holds the signing key for the demo counterparty, so a visitor's solo trade carries two signatures but only one independent party. A row marked BILATERAL was countersigned by a wallet registered by the other firm, a key Rijeka never held. Either way the record on chain is the same, and the verifier checks it the same way.
